Mexican Rice Bowl
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves 4 people


Rice Ingredients:

 

-1 medium head of cauliflower

 

Taco Bowl Ingredients:

-1lb lean ground turkey or veggie ground

-3 large cloves of garlic

-3-4 tbsp. of taco seasoning

-Avocado oil

-Salt and pepper

-1 large red onion, diced

-3 bell peppers, diced
